In September 2022, Philipp Wegner presented our Integrative Unit Model at the annual conference of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR) in Dublin!
Philipp is the Co-CEO of Institut fuer Lebenskompetenz – LK – GmbH, part of קבוצת שכולו טוב – Shekulo Tov Group that promotes the inclusion of people with disability in Germany and scales the IUM model in Europe.
In his presentation, he shared innovative practices for Work Integration in Social Enterprises and transitioned to the mainstream labor market.
