Hagar Aloush

MSc.OT

Hagar is the Chief Rehabilitation Officer (CRO) and head of the rehabilitation services at the Shekulo Tov group.
Hagar has over 15 years of experience in the field of vocational & recreational recovery in the community. She led the professional staff that developed the award-winning Integrative Unit Model and supervised its implementation in the group’s services, and she represents the group in international conferences and workshops around the globe.
Hagar is licensed for self-advocacy and CSW interventions and for clinical supervision from the Israeli Recovery and Rehabilitation school, and is part of the school’s staff, conducting lectures and training for recovery specialists and job coaches.
Hagar holds a BA and MA in Occupational Therapy from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Community Recovery & Rehabilitation.

Tal Neuberger

MSW

Director of Supported Employment at the Shekulo Tov Group, Tal leads supported employment staff training, professional development and employer relations. Tal oversaw the professional staff that developed the P3 supported employment model and supervises its implementation across the group's enterprises. Tal also leads the development of Shekulo Tov's unique and diverse line of supported employment courses, workshops and on-line courses.
Tal provides ongoing professional training and support to Shekulo Tov’s supported employment professional staff and job coaches, and in the last two years represented the organization in lectures and workshops in Germany, China, Holland and France.
Tal holds an MA in Social Work. He is licensed for clinical supervision from the Israeli Recovery and Rehabilitation school, and is part of the school's staff, lecturing about supported employment and the CSW intervention to recovery specialists and job coaches.

Nir Shabi

BSW

Director of Lived Experience, Recovery & Knowledge Department at the Shekulo Tov Group.
Nir joined Shekulo Tov in 2018 after several different roles as a social worker. Nir has more than 13 years of professional experience in rehabilitation and also receives rehabilitation services himself, as a person with mental disability. His dream was to build a model of lived experience using his own experience as a reference. Today, he feels that the X10 model developed at the Shekulo Tov group is making his dream come true.
Nir holds a BA in Social Work from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in Community Oriented Studies, and is currently an MSW student in Bar-Ilan University.

Libby Harpaz Matityahu

MSc.OT

Director of Rehabilitation & Practices Development at the Shekulo Tov Group, Libby has over 10 years of experience in the field of vocational recovery. Libby was a part of the staff that developed the award-winning Integrative Unit Model and brought it into practice at the integrative factory where she worked at as the rehabilitation manager.Libby is licensed for self-advocacy and CSW interventions and for clinical supervision from the Israeli Recovery and Rehabilitation school.
Libby has trained hundreds of staff members on recovery-related topics and is a regular speaker at national conferences, workshops, and online conferences.Libby holds a BA and MA in Occupational Therapy from Tel Aviv University, with a specialization in recovery, community and mental health.

Michal Kinast

MSW

Michal is Deputy Director of Supported Employment at the Shekulo Tov Group. She joined Shekulo Tov in 2014 as a job coach and significantly increased the number of service users placed in the first labor market. In 2017, Michal was promoted to her current role.
She has participated in the development of the P3 supported employment model and developed various courses, including an open-market preparatory course, a career development course, and various employment workshops used across Shekulo Tov's training units.
Michal provides professional support to Shekulo Tov's job-coaches, leads group training in different employment- related area, and is responsible for employer relations nationally.
Michal holds an MA in Social Work from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, specializing in Management and Policy, with an emphasis on mental health.

Dana Fuchs Arieli

BOT

As Deputy Director of Supported Employment at the Shekulo Tov Group, Dana provides professional support for Shekulo Tov's job-coaches. She also leads various group training meetings and seminars, as well as building cooperation with a variety of national and local employers. Dana recently took part in the development and implementation of two new digital professional courses in supported employment, “Finding a Job” and “The First 150 Days at your New Workplace".
Before her current role, Dana worked as the Rehabilitation Mmanager of Shekulo Tov's ‘Good Coffee’ training unit in Haifa, where she supervised the staff, leading to the unit being awarded Shekulo Tov's annual prize for the unit with highest percentage of successful placement in the first labor market.
Dana holds a BA in Occupational Therapy from Haifa University, and is currently studying the CSW intervention at the Israeli Recovery and Rehabilitation school.
